• Intermediate knowledge in MS-Excel (colum filter, data search, ...)
• Intermediate knowledge in MS-Outlook (how to send/receive e-mails, reminders, tasks, notes, contacts and handle your own agenda).
• Saber cómo se crea una cuenta en Hotmail.com (Outlook.com).
• How to create a Windows Live Account (Hotmail.com or Outlook.com for example)
• Oral profiency in English and Spanish.
• EXCELENT spelling. Plus: knowledge in remote support (not required and training will be given if required).
• Immediate availability
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. To live in Alajuela or close to this area.
